Either that's a dodgy recon unit, a recon unit tailored to transmit a lower level of tiorque, or the guy at GKN missed a few plates out when he put that VCU together. 20 seconds on a VCU, especially one that's not new, is to quick.

Awww well I got rid of drone/vibration we other tyres on.
Took on grass all wheels together
And done reverse in full lock all okay
Think all take up to mechanic I no and get him check it as I not 100% clued up on this

Sounds OK to me. I imagine your mechanic will also be at a loss, unless he's well up VCU drive trains.
Try the OWUT again but use 5Kg at 1.2M. You'll find it gives about 30 seconds for the 45° rotation, which is perfect. ;)

Will try with 5kg .Just glad I starting to understand how it all works.
All keep eye on rear seal.
But if needing fixed all soon sort it
Now to start looking at all the mods to fit
