Better diesel prices?
It's meant to go up in summer apparently.. Our third lad works in a petrol station and gets titbit info..I am hanging on hoping they'll drop a bit soon. Still north of £1.75 here and that's taking the proverbial.

Careful not to overfill it
I put some in the BMW last week, Christ they've slowed the pump down so it appears your getting more for your money or is it just me?I daren't go near a pump at the moment. I don't think my heart could take it.
Hi,
I'm thinking about buying a 4.6 P38 for weekend use and occassional horsebox towing.
I've found a very nice one with impeccable service history at ~125k mls.
However, approx 4k miles ago it had a new radiator and new heater matrix. Having read a number of stories that once the 4.6 has overheated it'll cause no end of problems (slipped liners, head gasket) should I be worried as to what happened around the time of the new radiator? Eg. could busted radiator have caused it to lose coolant and overheat, or was it repeatedly overheating until a new one was fitted.
Ripp off Britain at its best. The Government are doing NOTHING to stop all this price hikes ****e currently going on in the UK.I am hanging on hoping they'll drop a bit soon. Still north of £1.75 here and that's taking the proverbial.
probably not doing anything about it as the higher the prices the more tax is paid, just lines their pockets and gets money back from furlough etc probably will be stupid prices for a long time yetRipp off Britain at its best. It's no different in France with the fuel.Ripp off Britain at its best. The Government are doing NOTHING to stop all this price hikes ****e currently going on in the UK.
It's apparently much worse in the Netherlands & they have crippling road tax for vehicles like the P38.It's no different in France with the fuel.
Your dead right buddy albeit they still expect us to cough up for the foreigners still!!!!!probably not doing anything about it as the higher the prices the more tax is paid, just lines their pockets and gets money back from furlough etc probably will be stupid prices for a long time yet
Its just you Alan plus the conning bastards are still not letting the pumps round up to the full pound and it still adds 1p over all the time. Massive con and it all adds up for them greedy bastards.I put some in the BMW last week, Christ they've slowed the pump down so it appears your getting more for your money or is it just me?
I don't give a flying F**K about the French cowards. I heard they were the first to surrender when Putin went on the rampage. LOLIt's no different in France with the fuel.
I get this all the time but, I put 30 quid in or try to, always no matter how slow I do the last bit ends at 30.01, I wont have it, I hand over 30 quid and walk back to the car,Its just you Alan plus the conning bastards are still not letting the pumps round up to the full pound and it still adds 1p over all the time. Well done buddy. I do the exact same. Some garages have a coin tray on the counter with pennies in it but i mostly use pay at pump now as fed up with waiting all the time for the fat bastard who goes in to do their weekly shopping holding the que up and eating what they have in the basket before they pay for it. Some pumps you can set what you want to put in too but i just like to fill up each visit. LOLI get this all the time but, I put 30 quid in or try to, always no matter how slow I do the last bit ends at 30.01, I wont have it, I hand over 30 quid and walk back to the car,
haven't been called back yet
