Or just a simple head gaskets which is exactly what was wrong with mine despite me checking as much as I could before buying it. As mentioned dye in the coolant then check the oul on the dip stick if it glows you have a problem. That's exactly how I found my issue.
Yep either is possible

I found some of the coolant hoses don’t look too clever. The ones that are spliced in for the LPG system are rock hard and completely inflexible and I wouldn’t be surprised if they had a partial blockage. I will be changing all the hoses I think as all bar the top hose look ancient.

I have another question regarding EAS. The system goes up and down fine and has no warning lights or error messages. How long should it take for the system to deflate? She goes down a bit at the front overnight but stays up at the back. It corrects itself within about 3 secs of starting the engine.

LPG evaporators are known to leak.

Update time. Overheating solved she runs nicely now so she went in for an MOT today. She did fail but it should be a fairly easy fix, 2 flexi pipes, front to back hard line, horn not working and battery insecure. The last one is totally my fault, she had a flat battery this morning and in my rush to get her to test I forgot to fit the battery clamp.

Advisories for corroded brake discs but that’s no surprise considering she hasn’t moved other than a few trips along the farm track since September. The tester commented that it was a really solid vehicle underneath and to get it under sealed so it stays that way!

One other thing that I’ve noticed, although not advised, it only just passed on emissions 0.20 CO (max 0.2) on idle, 44 ppm hc and lambda 1.017

hydrocarbons and lambda seem good but that CO figure seems a little high. I am hoping that putting a stock air box and centre silencer back on might help. She currently has a cone filter and centre silencer delete. If that doesn’t help I suppose it will be new cats next year.

Just have the emissions test done while running on LPG

Try an Italian tune up. Always recommended before an MOT
