now please dint think im being stupid, but, the doris is making noises about me putting a driveway on the fron garden fer her car, there is a lampost on the pavement in front of the doorway so the only option is to put the driveway in front of the lounge window. but im sure i read somewhere that you cant do this. can you give me your opinion being a legal eagle etc whether i am dreaming or am i right. driving around i have noticed that everyone's driveway is in front of the door and not the window. thanks

dont think it states in the deeds, i will have to ask the mortgage co fer a copy, as fer the dropped kerb, i have applied fer one, as few what makes me think its a no no, i seem to rememer hearing it somewhere and like i say, if you look around at houses all over the country their driveway aint in front of the window

As long as the council put a dropped kerb in, then you can put the drive anywhere you want.
