Nope my Dad's selling up, that's why he had the place valued. I'd quite happily stay here, I love my little house and having all this space to play in.
Has your dad considered "equity release", He can give you a lump sum up front tax free !!!!!

When he's sold up he can buy you a house as a gift, As long as he does'nt live in it and he manages to live another 7 years, Then there is no tax payable on the property
