Yep, I was passing and pulled in for something to eat. ;)

Perhaps they’ll settle in. They look okay, I would have to paint that grille cream match the interior though. Is half way there ;)
I have been meaning to repaint the grill and light trim black for a long time. I just can't be bothered. They aren't as bad as they were, but I went from mostly road tyres to ATs, so I guess they'll never have the same road manners.

Yokohama? Much cheaper than the General Grabber?

Yokohama Geolandar A/T G015. £110 a corner (fitted) from National Tyre Centre. Never ran GGs, so couldn't make a fair comparison on if they are good value for money or not. But I think GG AT3s are around £150 a corner unfitted. So one of them.

Quite like the grille as is. Got far more character than if you colour coded it or paint it black like all the others. It does make the vehicle look far less old though.
I did have a very expensive set of Yokos years ago (not on P38) that were very good but didn’t last long. Can’t say I’m too impressed with them these days. Can’t speak for road tyres (yet!!) I’ve only run MTs one set has lasted me whole ownership, but they are due for a change

My AT2 were £100 per corner (all in) about 4 years ago? Loads of tread left.

Smart Flossie ;)
All the black on the front was done using a back to black type cream stuff. Had the bottle for years possibly 20+..
Can't recall what it's called but can go have a look if anyone's interested?
The grill was quite black anyway but the strips under the headlamps were sort of patchy cream coloured and it worked just as well on those.
