WOW!!!

Chassis looks rather nice now and the outriggers are almost ready to have the sill fitted up now.

It’s getting there...

shotblast
Kurust on to bare steel/residual corrosion.
Buzzweld Rust Encapsulator Paint as primer - this is the one I am having problems with blocking nozzles :(.
Buzzweld Classic Chassis Black Gloss Glass Impregnated top coat.
Might use Buzzweld Chassis In One Satin Black Glass Schultz as final finish.

Tiger Seal UPol TIG/GG 310ml Polyurethane Adhesive Sealent - GREY for panel sealer.

Im going to go buzzweld on mine I think. Just for the fact it will stick to places I can't get squeaky clean...

Yes, but as I am doing only small areas at a time, it will be a real pain because I will be using loads of cleaning thinners almost daily :(.
See what you mean, rattle cans offer superior small project convenience, its chucking it down ere, can't see you getting much done today :(

Time for tea ;)

Nope
It’s wallpaper removal and ct scan for mil today
Good luck on all front's.

I have the number for the Samaritans should the wall paper stripping tip you over the edge, I hate it, to the point I'd rather smash the plaster off the walls and re-plaster, takes the same amount of time lol

Weather should make Sunday a bit more interesting :)

refillable rattle cans are the answer ;) and might be the way to go.
this wallpaper is a bugger - its paper not vinyl and the top surface wont peel off.
interesting is good. Damage isnt

Not much today..

It may not seem like a big step forward, but it is one hole less :)

The rear position is a bit more complicated as the floor doesnt line up, and will need to be extended to the wheel arch.

I think the best way to allow the rear bolt to be fitted would be to insert a length of tubing into the floor/wheel arch junction, as it will have to be in the corner joint position.

bit more cleaning last Friday. Followed by more primer. Now waiting for another can.... see if this one is any better?

You been busy, you'll have to remind me of what we're doing on Friday, been a while since I popped in for a brew and dinner

Jack the body up at the floor cross member just behind until it sits flush and that will be about right, don't forget that there is no sill to support that side A & B pillars, we did also cut a big lump out of the floor and that will let the tunnel flex even more.
