Help!
My Land rover is struggling to start.
I'm certain Fuel is the issue
I think it could be the fuel pump.
The Car won't start and then when I turn the ignition on and press the pedal 5 times the pump will then initiate and I can hear it and then it will start.
Do you rekon it is a new pump job or could this be something else?
Maybe Air in the system or needs a flush out?
I've left the engine management light flashing going through the cycle for 2mins and it will start after.
But then when stop it and try start it again it won't have it.

Once started I can then drive it around with absolutely no problems
No power loss etc

I think maybe the pump is noiser than what it normally is.

To literally start the car I have to wait for the pump to finish making noise then it starts else it just turns over

Injector seals. Mine was exactly the same. Came on out of nowhere and got worse and worse over next few weeks. Changed seals and been perfect since.
Use only genuine LR seals.

I had the same problem - nosy pump - difficult to start. Injector washers knackered - oil doesn't increase (as above).
Use genuine washers otherwise you'll be doing it again in 12 months.
Other place air can get in is the filter housing.

I've bought genuine seals and coppers today maybe make a start on it tomorrow
Change the injector harness and gasket aswell.
Been sat on my side for months.

Did you use the correct £99 tool to remove them?
Was going to attempt the 6mm Allen key or half a water pump plier
