naah me brain powers normaly include the robin hood theory such as robbing the wheels off wheelie bins to make it easier to fit full engines n gearboxes but still put the wheels back on the bin when ive done

and finding alternative methods to getting tools n equipment on the cheap or borrowing things to get a perfect job done rather than struggle without and also if i cannot obtain the equipment needed find a bloody good way to make me own thing to do the same job

so i guess me superhero braincell is used for doing good

not like robbin asda trollies for the castors, to make bogies out of?
:eek::rolleyes:

but there really smooth an roll nice on concy floors....
an they only cost a quid......

trust me borrowing wheelie bin axles is the way forward ill bet 1 axle can take a tonne easy :D:D:D:D

do yer need any tescos trolley wheels as i see the nice kids round here have delivered a fresh batch of em to the river near me house :D:D:D

They've do the same here.....what really warms my heart is they provide this service for free..........bless

pmsl:D
prefer asda meself, but yo can never have too many castors!

did yo get to b20wnx's at the weekend?

not a chance the slitty front caliaper is siezed solid now even with me brand new flexi hoses i baked the fook out of it getting to the next exit on the motorway ) gotta wait for me brand new one to arrive from slittyland ( shipped direct from mitsubishi factory supplier in japan ) might be able to fix the bugger at weekend

and yer wanna see the wickes flatbed trolleys appearing on the football fields now and again :D:D

and i was so tired the other nite i went to tescos for the father in laws crate of guinness i didnt realise id stolen a tescos basket till i leaft it on the counter in his house lol:eek::eek:

bugger.
managed to get "otherwise engaged" meself, but wil have a trip over soon.
find the b&q trollies a bit cumbersome, but they do make good mobile workbenches.
(tho mine aint b&q, as it dont have a brake on it!)

Probably just as well, it'd probably smell of **** :D

This build is ****ing me orf ATM. Got to the point that I could start looking at handbrake and Disrto pump adjustments....and the starter decided to go "Fsssszzztttt". Literally. Taken it apart...and the comutator is utterly fooked.

**sigh** more fooking money...

i dunt mind the smell of **** its what they invented jeyes fluid for it was the hydraulic ram and pump i had me eye on looked beefy enough to lift a fair owd useless lump ( looked like it would lift an engine too):eek::eek:

Sorry - no pics - I kinda threw it in the scrap bin in a fit of rage and emptied the lot this morning down the scrappy.
---------------------------------------------
The parts arrived today for the handbrake assy (or lack of it) so I spent a few hours on it today (before I got called out on a service call) rebuilding it all with new shiny bits.
Also primed the roof after spending a happy hour bashing the **** out of it with my hammers and my old but faithful dollies. I'll post a few pics once the roof is dry.

lol rhino, i been ****ed atm since starting lol.....
getting a bit further with it but just taking me time.
keep going it will be worth it in the end

New starter, new handbrake parts, and a lot of ****ing about this week....comedy wiring, missing bolts, ****ed Halfshaft seals, buggered output seals, missing nuts..the ****ing list just goes on and on.

Thought i'd sorted the smoke out, but it came back yesterday, so I whipped the "reconditioned" injectors out, as i thought i'd give them a clean.....only to find the valve sping inside the adjuster flapping around in 3 of them.....so i shoved them on the test rig....and the needle just allows fuel to **** out at an alarming rate in a single, direct stream.... and carbon into the seat.....and the seats are scored to ****, along with the needles, missing pins...... if they've been reconditioned, i'm the queen of ****ing sheeba.

Lots of painting and priming has been done, just need to prime the inside of the seatbox and thats finished, and i can paint the rest of smidge while i wait for more parts  :D

Annoyingly, the recoil belts that were 2fitted2 won't go behind the seats, so i'll have to find somewhere to put them, or go original static

Some piccies:
