As the tittle says really.
I have a zinc plated bulkhead to fit to my fire damaged 110. It is currently a bare bulkhead. I am planning on extensively waxing internals and protecting it as much as possible but I will also need to seam seal the externals. can anyone recommend me a good product for this, which preferably can be overpainted.

I used Granville brushable seam sealer with my Sankey rebuild, worked well and can be over painted once dry

Tiger seal seems to be winning can it be over painted with a standard enamel paint?

I used that stuff once. It ended up just cracking. It was on the roof so perhaps to much flex.

I have only used it on seams where I have welded new metal in, and places like footwells etc do not so flexible I suppose

A friend of mine recommended Captain Tolley’s Creeping Crack Cure. Never used it myself and it sounds like something for a medical issue to be honest...

which actually works quite well on things like cracked taillights etc

It's brilliant stuff ....perfect for finding and sealing small points of water ingress .... not what the OP was looking for, for which Tiger Seal is perfect.

I’ve used Tolleys on ageing windscreen rubber seals, works a treat! Cured a persistent footwell drip at long last….
