That's an interesting thought, what is the maximum fully loaded weight of a Disco3 - anyone know/care??

That's great Redhand - should have done the same myself - too lazy I guess:eek:

Kerb weight of 2718 kilos, - does that strike anyone else as obscene.

When we have the intelligence to use materials cleverly as in the Lotus Elise at about 750kgs - why can't we make 4x4's lighter, instead of heavier? Then we wouldn't need to De-EGR and De-cat, the thing would go well enough as std.
 
Kerb weight for the TDV6 is 2718kg that includes a full tank of fuel and the driver (75kg) so with a GVW of 3500kg that leaves 782kg shared between 4 passengers each one would have to weigh 195.5kg or 431lb or 30st 10lb thats 4 Sirus's.


Yur cheeky bastid...... I'm only 30st 9lb:p
