Hi Guys,
Apologies if I have the wrong forum but tried to find an LPG forum and couldn't find one.

Prins VSI system installed, Stako LPG fuel tank.

Car at normal running temperature with full tank of LPG (80Litres)

Problem - car will not switch from petrol to gas.

Symptoms - LPG gauge/switch switched off, no lights correct.
Switch on gauge/switch, at low revs vehicle stalls red light flashes once and beeps once, no
Green lpg level lights.
Switch on gauge/switch, at high revs vehicle continues to run on petrol, red light flashes once
and beeps continuously at 1 second intervals. No green lpg level lights

I have replaced the inline filter and the solonoid filter.

Any help would be much appreciated
Cheers

Possible LPG level gauge in the tank is incorrect so the systems thinks the tank is empty and refuses to switch over.

Also, switch over is usually temperature dependant - check the wiring to the Vapouriser temp sensor.

Check he tank and filter solenoid are opening, if there is no pressure in the system it won't allow stitch over

Hi all,

Turns out that the LPG fuel tank solonoid was stuck. Sorted now.

Thanks for you help

Well done chap, and thanks for coming back and telling us what the prob was - it is how we learn and help others.

Dash...Was hoping this would escalate to to a heated debate about cause and effect of heavy ends, I know the cause but can't remember the effect.
I could Google but that circumvents fora and chewin the fat.
