thanks Adz - i gotta funny feeling tho that yu and Marcus just want me to get a landy coz its embawassing me doin the same as yu in my slitty:D

As I sed to Marcus - I aint seriously looking - mind yu - i am getting prices of sump guards, lift kit and lighthoose;) fur a slitty - ho ho.

I bet you a quid it'll work out more expensive orfroadising yer slitty than it would buying a cheap Tdi weekend laner ;)

I ain't embarrassed by someone elses good driving mate - there will come a time when the Nissan won't be up to the task where a defender would be. It's less likely laning, but they can change in a flash flood ever so quick ;)

very tru - yu know i am only up fur the wimpy bits. not sure I want to get into it big time tho at the mo - i do lots of other stuff.

Yeah, I ain't embarassed to be seen wiv ya neither, so long as you stay in the motor! ;)

But, we ain't going to be so kind to you every time. Jack it up tho' & get some knobbles on yer tyres & you've only yer plastic & paitnwork t'worry aboot.

Still reckon you shud gerra 'proper' un tho'. :D

maybe - i liked the last link yu posted Adz - but its a lot of money fur the occasional trip oot. I think its wait and see time:D - but I will be watching this with interest. Maybe I ought to "commission" Marcus - i mean lets face it - if it breaks - who gonna have to tow it :D?

Looks interestin' that 'un Daft.

Works both ways y'know, if I break mine y'know who's gonna be expected to tow me home too & that ain't happening wiv yer slitty!

Hmmmm I'd love to but I need to get the propshaft put back on........well I need to get a new one to put back on :) Once my co-pilot arrives I'll get it sorted out and then we'll come play :D

Hippos, slittys, GURLZ FFS! We better find some gentle gravel lanes near to the shops fer the next one then! ;)

scooze me! we already got slittys and gurlz - well one of each. Be interesting to compare a stock Hippoo wiv a slitty, But take yur point - I think knowing the route wud help considerably - then it could be graded accordingly (do GLASS "grade" routes?) I certainly dont fancy having to turn around and go back on my tod coz a section was impassable to feeble little "chelsea tractors";)

Nope, you've gone boasting on fer the last couple of days about how yer slitty 'whipped' us arses 'parently. Due qudos was I feel given, situation positively milked in a most ungracious manner by the recipient.

Not knowing how challenging a lane is going to be is half the fun of driving it. I think we gave ample get out opportunities last time, if yer bottle goes next time, it's a red face & an early bath fer floppy!

Given HGs gung ho (hoe?......nah!) approach last time, can't see her bottling it even in her own truck so ooooooo, you'd be shamed!:p

yule be driving round in circles outside tesco's all afternoon wiff a manicure at the end of it.....
...;;
ù.;;.
or a head polish for those that need it

ooooo! ok - I is ashamed, but its only coz i is chuffed! - after all the stick I taken, its nice to crow a bit. I do realise the limitations of the slitty, maybe I aught to just be a passenger next time.
