Hi, i recently put a disco 200tdi into me old TD, now rebuilding ona galv chassis. Obv i had to lower the rad mounts wen doing the conversion. Got a 200tdi chassis but the rad mounts are the same height as the old ones used to be.:confused: Is this cos the disco frame is different? and will a def 200tdi rad fit instead? cant believe they made 2 different size rads and intercoolers for the disco and def.? or are the top wing brakets different?? cheers :D

nope both rads and intercoolers are the same..i know cos at the weekend i put a new 300 tdi disco rad and intercooler into my defender 200 tdi rad frame..the disco rad frame will fit with mods

yer i could go down the lowerin the mounts route again but would rather limit the amount of cuttin and stuff i hav to do to the galv chassis :D guess the top mounts on the wings are different :confused:

u dont need the mounts on the side of the disco rad frame
dont you have the mounts that bolt to the top of the slam panel and slot over a pin on the top of the rad frame?

the 2 bottom ones mount on the chassis and the 2 top pins are held by brackets from the wing tops
