I have recently received a lovely box containing a set of bearmach blue springs and pro-comp shock absorbers. In the past, the rubber boots covering the shock absorber's pistons were supplied as standard. They are nowhere to be found in the box I received. Are they essential or can I do without them?

I wouldn't use them without. One set I bought from paddocks didn't have them so a quick email to them and I got them free of charge.
