So Made a start on assembling the extensions and removed old cross member.

spent yesterday at the workshop and cutaway the rot on the O/S rear chassis rail. & also made a noo replacement chassis piece.

Spot the filler.

Not a lot left there.

No I knew what needed doing when I bought the chassis. hence why I only paid £100 for it. forwards of the spring hangers it's pretty solid. just the arse end on the drivers side and the rear crossmember, that's rotted out. Plus I'm been OTT on the welding it's gonna have over 6mm of steel in the rear legs by the time I'm done.

I blame Minty. If she's let me sell the fooker in September when it had a full MOT. & I had some spare cash in the bank. None of this would have been necessary.
