They normally make a noise when they are on the way out.
I just remove these & go electric. At least the engine will warm up quicker

That’s what I was wondering to be honest. Maybe the old one was never firing up. It comes on with ignition live I.e. before you start it up. Thought that was odd.
I’m fairly sure it’s running sweet. Hasn’t spiked on temperature and doesn’t ever go over 95ish on my housing temp.
Fitted touch screen CarPlay to it now. I didn’t mean to get attached but seems I have

Bet I’m being an absolute clown and have knocked the ac on. I cut the belt so forgot I had it
