Not going to be much cop at a couple of quid.
You might find one slightly cheaper on ebay but if any problems, not as easy to send back etc.
Tenner for something that will last a few years isn't a great deal of money really.

I haven't got a cupholder lid at all and looking on fleabay that's nearly the price of a whole cover.. genuine part I suppose though.
So now I'm curious..
Looking at all the centre cubby lids around, everyone else's seem to be padded and have cupholders. Mine is just a hard top lid with a vinyl covering. Have I got the bargain basement option one..?? (Sorry to hijack the thread, but seemed a good chance to ask.)

No cupholders on base model. Mine's a DT from '95 and I just have a plastic box for a cubby hole. Only option is to replace the lot from a scrapper but frankly I don't think it is worth the bother.

I found it was best to buy the whole consul and fit the whole thing in, and it was a lot cheaper doing that as well, to match the interior, I got a bit of leather, dyed it, and stuck it on the lid, its look very nice

What year and model is yours @Bagshot?
I've a 1996 (no model listed on it) with the simple cubby lid and no cup jobbies but my 99 DHSE has the padded cup jobbies!!

Mmm. Like the sound of the leather option. Leather plus padding = new cubby lid..!!

Mine seems to be much the same, except for leccy seats here.
Black leather seats, black carpets, (suppose it should be called charcoal", but everything else black plastic. No satnav, no self dipping/ dimming mirrors, no mudguards or sidesteps.
Don't feel so bad, or robbed, after all... thanks for that Cheers
