You have a spare transfer box? Why did you leave the prop on?

Have you got a copy of RAVE? You need to download it if not. It has everything you need in there. Probably a link in the Technical Section.

Tested motor is working fine so could be a power problem

Fuse 11 put transfer neutral so might be worth checking that circuit in RAVE and look for a short.
