I described how it is done, I posted a video of how it is done. I have done it many times. You dont known what you are talking about. That is pretty obvious. You are correct only in your own eyes, the majority do not do it your way and that includes my mate who showed me the fill procedure.
Must be hard doing everything differently to everyone else.
Only to youI described how it is done, I posted a video of how it is done. I have done it many times. You dont known what you are talking about. That is pretty obvious.
Dear me you dont have a clue do you. Your are a good bloke but a bit out of your depth with mechanical thing's. Keep listening to me though you may learn eventually.Only to you
I think you should contact the motoring media and advise them that hundreds of garages are refilling aircon systems incorrectly, not the Wammers way.Dear me you dont have a clue do you. I've managed pretty well with mechanical stuff building my own race engines etc.
Funny, you have consistently ridiculed the aircon fans mod and said you would not use it, now you say your P38 had the mod when you bought it.You at times do talk some bollocks Keith. I have already stated that the automatic machines must use a different method of filling, which is of course less labour intensive. What i described and the method i use was used long before automatic service machines were invented. They are a fairly recent innovation. You are an happy amatuer with some knowledge but that is all. You may like to know that a version of your famous aircon fan assisted cooling mod was fitted to my P38 when i bought it in June 2008 well before you joined this forum. Not everyone who has a garage can afford a £3000.00 + automatic aircon machine. The method i described and use applies to every aircon equipped vehicle on the planet. The automatic machines are more a service item with low running costs used for the purpose of money making. For a garage that refills an aircon system four or five times a year they are not viable. But my equipment is. As said you don't have a clue what you are talking about. You may fool some people but you don't fool me. I have been at this game far too long i can spot an happy amatuer with limited know how a mile away.

I joined LZ in Feb 2009.
Always happy to learn from a reliable source, unfortunately you have not proved to be a reliable source.

I hope great grandads butler never saw anything like that.What-the-Butler-Saw ?
You have been poo pooing the aircon fans mod for years, suddenly you come up with the statement that your car had it when you bought it in 2008. Funny you have never mentioned it before.Yes it had i obviously did not fit it, i removed it when the thermostat in the top hose failed and it would not switch off. I have no problem with the mod but removing the viscous and shroud is foolish in my view. Listen and you will learn.
