like kcuf..so much still to do..

tried bleeding brakes...po had installed upside down..ie l on r r on l..i hadnt noticed even though i took off and converted the calipers to vented..(installed spacer and rebuilt )

took an hour before i worked that out..then another 3 to take off, remove and make new pipes..bloody stupid thing that goes in end of brake pipe to make doomed end disappeared..that added 2 hrs to it just to find it!!!

now discovered injection pump is leaking more fuel than squirting into engine..OH JOY

so....i thinks its fecked..=£600+...or return line is too small...possible...

SO as i cant..read dare not to try and remove return line fitting on tank..(tried .it WILL snap) i need to think of way to make new return entry into tank..8mm tail to fit pipe onto..any ideas???

would like to try return line idea first..dont fancy spending another 600...

A hole drilled in the tank, a large plain washer with a bit of tube welded to it, a tie-down strap to hold it all in place (wrapped round the tank) and a blob of epoxy resin! Not pretty - but bodgetastic!

Hi mate. Looking very good.

Could you tell me the width between the seats where the cubby would be. Also, are the sides of the seats capable of taking the RRC arms?

i will measure for you..and i dought it..they would look ****eeee!!

back to build...

like the fuel return??

still it proved a point...I require bigger better return...90% better,no fuel leaks...occured to me car still got fuel in as i got it..so thats atleast 10 yrs old!..ie last tax disc is 11yrs old..(po had in garage for 10 yrs)
so hoping with new fuel...and timing setup proper like...

anyway..due to slight clearence issue with turbo had to make alternator tensioner..

turbo to intake coming on..

pyro in..

If the fuel is 10 years old, beware bacterial growth in the tank, if it is present and gets through to the FIP you will be in a world of pain.
