Reconnect the stop solenoid, check to see if you have power to it and that it clicks when powered.

Wait until theabs pump stops or hold the solinoid and see if you feel it click.
I couldn't feel anything.

Time to remove the solinoid and bench test it.there have been a few posts recently on this problem so do a search.

There was a post on here about removing the internals from the solinoid but this is NOT recommended @brianp38dse posted a link for a new replacement solenoid that you won't need a mortgage for.I haven't got around to taking it off yet, i am frustrated because i have had this before after doing a compression test and someone said do something and it started but i cannot remember and cannot find it in my history either

Doh !!!!!!!!!Found out why it wouldn't start, the glow plug fuse (next to the ecu) had blown
