Well today I changed my intercooler and guess what.....it's still the same old slug!! What can it be??

I know this maybe a daft suggestion but your gearbox is not stuck in low range is it?

Hi Mike,

Still struggling I see.....

I would post the spreadsheets I sent to you on the D2 boys club - there are a few people there who know what they're doing and who don't come in here. If they can see the whole picture it may help.

And I still suspect the MAP sensor myself even though you've cleaned it......

Thanks Ian I will post the results this evening.
I have obtained another MAP Sensor so I will try that this evening hopfully this will work.
It is not stuck in low ratio as if I did 60mph in low ratio there would be bits of gearbox all over the road!!

Actually the reason I suggested cleaning the MAP sensor was I had the same symptoms as you but when I hooked my hawkeye up it showed the MAP was knackered. dodnt give a fault code I could just tell by the low reading and like you I had checked everything else

hope you get it sorted must be very frustrating!
