Well son managed to see a couple of scaffolding guys on Friday and asked the when the scaffolding is coming down and they said next week sometime so he explained the situation and they removed and moved a few tubes around so we could get the landy out
so i gave it a test drive yesterday as whilst the landy was stuck in the garage i had removed the engine to repair the power steer pump bracket bolt holes in the timing case, replace the clutch, and fully poly bushed it inc replacing the rear ball joint aswell then came back and tightened everything up underneath whilst son sealed in the new snorkel hoses then we went on a 100 mile round trip in and around buxton inc doing a couple of tame green lanes ( none scratching ) don't want to scratch it before going to billing
