New radiator and inter cooler cores. I will be using the original ends of the intercooler but the radiator will be having new ones on as i am running a separate oil cooler. A lot cheaper than the ally sport ones as well :) .

Unbelievable, mate. How many times have you done this? :) Did you have any problems with your new rear quarter panels? Some dimensions were wrong on mine.
Cracking job, looking forward to seeing it finished. Even with a bad back you're faster than me. Great workshop though

I have only ever done it once before on an old series 3 but not to this extent though. As for the back panels they weren't that bad yes they needed fitting and didn't just drop in but that's what you get when buying spurious panels. The corner capping is genuine Land Rover though as the ones from Paddock are too short and don't even reach the top capping on the tub.

can you tell more about that Turner head and the turbo/inlet?

looks different from what i've seen before.

The head is their performance one they only do exchange ones on the 200 tdi now as for the rest it's just bog standard Defender 200 tdi stuff.

Quality work mate. I can't wait until Iv got a rolling chassis.

Cheers matey although its not quite rolling under it's own steam yet :D .

Painted the radiator frame tonight and got the new radiator and intercooler mounted in it.
