Update.
Letter received from Adrian flux.
Claiming I have added non related work onto quotes I got from Keith gott and challenger!
So are now trying to get out of full repairs!
 
is it not down to KG and Challenger to state the repair work required after the accident? They (KG) have looked at the vehicle with their expert eyes. Have AF?
 
Well basically myself/Keith Gott/challenger are being accused of fabricating the truth based on the third party assessor spending less than 5 minutes looking at my vehicle.
I had no trouble with my steering or rear cross member prior to the accident. And it is being suggested that they will not be repairing my truck to the state it was prior to the accident. But half a job instead
I am less than happy with the crass and bullying tone which my insurers have adopted.
 
I'm with Flux, they were shocking setting up my policy, charged me £15 (should have been £30 but I argued) after I was honest about a mistake on my policy.

Once a couple of accidents are over 5 years in June I shall be changing insurance companies.

Took 5 phone calls with them to

A, spell my name correctly,

B, get my address right,

On phone call number 5 I made it clear that I had enough and if I get another email with an "updated" set of documents I was going to leave, kinda wish I did now, but they covered Green laning,
 
My truck is my pride and joy and they don't seen to realise that. I won't trust to it an insurance company that treats their customers like this. Id happily pay a little more to another company, one who will treat their customers with dignity and respect.

I hope they realise that without us customers they are nothing.
 
Currently with AF, my renewal isn't for another 10 months but I'll be finding somewhere else to take my business after reading this.

Nothing like having the support of your insurance

Probably been said earlier, but must be worth a letter to trading standards or insurance ombudsman, had been following this post and am pretty p*** off with insurance companies at the best of times, but this is beyond the worst!!

They take your money and basically **** you over, I call it robbery :mad::mad:
 
I think that's your best bet, once your relationship has broken down you need 3rd party intervention.

Well im another one not reniewing with flux.....id like to add my support and hope they realise that we as customers are the ones paying there wages!!
