I should clarify. Good steel isn't cheap, Chinese sh1t is.
Warren tends to only put good quality stuff on his site, so I would expect that is the price for one. Its still quite good, I've seen a set of 5mm for £200. They were rather shiny though

Oops been asleep. Yeah it's for four. They're accurately cut so no flopping around. You still have approx half of the spigot poking through.
