Cos we don't ave to as its 2WD.
If it was in good nick, I'd have it.
Especially if it was advertised as a 4WD.
Cos I'd let them know I know it wasn't and therefore 1/2 the price as only 1/2 the wheels work.

A specific model of the Freelander 2 was the only 2WD Freelander available. All FL1s were AWD, so your are correct in saying it should be fully functioning to be of merchantable quality.
