No progress I'm afraid.
I managed to bugger up a 2nd centre plate - must just be a retard I guess, so need to source another case.
And worse, my wife has been taken seriously ill so this is now rather low on the priority list. Hopefully will get back to it once she has recovered sufficiently.

While you've got that R380 on the bench, any chance you could take some photos of the bias plate and selector bush so I've got some idea of what I'm up against when I change mine please?

Ha, that's the one bit I can't do I'm afraid mate, I don't have a selector for this box. My mate has one in his shed waiting for me.

Shed problem solved!!
Bike store arrived last Thurs and I've got bags of space now
Just need to re-org and get another bench built.Might switch work over to the LT230 whilst I wait for the 3rd attempt 380 main case to arrive
