Whats the difference? All together it cost about 155 right? With the eibach bolts. Just need to get my numbers right for next week :)

The difference? One set is 20 quid cheaper than the other, thats about it! Both are CE/TUV approved.

Yep assuming the material price is staying the same, then £155 inc eibach bolts.

Hey SES, I want a 30mm set as well (remember you wrote that you can't go smaller, due to the welding, is that still valid? Would still prefer a 20mm lift...). Guess I'm also silly then, but so be it :D

Yeah if I go smaller then I can't get in to the inside to weld, and can't weld the bolts in properly either.
Even with a 30mm I'd have to put the bolts in to the kit first before welding anything up, as I couldn't get them in once the main bulk of the welding is done as I normally do.

If you really wanted 20, I could do it, but would just be a trial and error, might not even be able to weld the bolts in, will just have to rely on them nipping up tight once installed (they couldn't fall out anyway, the depth of the bolt head is 7mm and on a 20mm kit they'd be inside a 10mm gap), obviously if it turns out that I can't make them 20mm, then you'd have to settle for 30, or 40 if I decide you can't have 30 either ;) :p

Haha... I'll have a 20mm-maybe-30mm-preferably-not-40mm lift then :D

I completely understand your difficulties in the welding process, in regards to the extra-extra limited space! Appreciate that you will give it a go!

Haha, I can probably TIG weld it instead of MIG, however, I can't TIG the insides, well, I can, but its not easy as I can't see what I'm welding! My only concern is with not having it welded inside and out it may not be as strong, having said that, there's plenty of kits on the market which are only welded on one side, so maybe it would be ok, maybe not, hard to say really!

Right, heard back from laser cutters, there has been a small increase in the cost of steel, but I can keep the same £125 cost if I buy enough material to make 15 kits instead of 10, so as long as I get close to 10 orders up front (including my trade buyers) then we can maintain the £125.

I'll do custom sizes on this batch only, at a £10 premium over the standard kits as I need to make bigger jigs to suit the bigger gaps.

Camber bolts are for the front only, you shouldn't need them for the rear, I can supply rear's too, but cost will double. Probably best off getting a 4WA and then seeing if you actually need them or not

Thanks, I'm happy with that then, I'd defo like the 50mm kit please. I don't need camber bolts yet, i'll get them at a later date as I won't be fitting the kit for a while.

cheers mate

My attempts to track down some longer springs..... not such a success. I'll take a set of 30mm please :)

I'll send payment details by PM probably tomorrow, got too much paperwork to do today, as well as a bloody VAT return. Looking to order material monday to start making them at the end of next week.
They'll take me twice as long to make as normal, partially as I'm making 15 kits instead of 10, but also because my glamorous assistant is away working on another job until the end of November. They normally take 3-4 days for the two of us, so probably looking at 2 weeks, given all the other stuff I have to do that comes with running a business!
So, with that in mind, probably looking at delivery around first week of November, just in time for the snow :)

If anyone else wants a custom size, you've got until Monday to order, as once I place the material order that's it. If anyone wants a standard kit, you've got until next Friday to order and pay to get it at this price, otherwise it's unfair to the other's who've been in from the start.
