You could always ship to someone in England & then they ship them to you.

Thats true George, I have a diplomatic shipping facility here but some companies do not like shipping to a PO number.

I really have to establish a good connection in England, would like some stuff like doors etc. I have heard many guys complaining here that they bought stuff and shipped it here only to discover that it was no good when it arrived.

To ship stuff here is very expensive, VAT on top of the cost of the item and shipping fees combined is 17% Here they charge you VAT on shipping fees too so it becomes quite costly.

I saw doors which were bought and imported here, when they arrived they were in worse condition that what the purchaser had on his Landy, he had to dump them in the garbage and take the loss.

The pics the seller sent him were not of the doors shipped to him. I am told that quite a few people suffered this fate because being so far from the UK its next to impossible to take any legal action.

There are many Brits who visit the island, have to make friends with a few LOL.

I am looking to purchase some red NAS led brake lights from Bolt-on-bits. They have two types. It seems that the reflector can be square or diamond. Any idea on what the difference?

While we're on the subject of LED's... I've just fitted a set from Bolt on Bits, and very impressed with the quality and ease to fit.
Just a query over travelling on the continent... some countries require you to carry a spare set of bulbs - does that mean we/I now need spare LED's or would a standard set of spares satisfy the Gendarmes??

Fitted the RDX side, stop and indicator lamps and the adjustable flasher relay, all came with cons, so no problem, work great.
Now got Fog and Reverse light to fit but anyone done this as access to the bolts behind rear panel with all the mud is not good. Thinking of drilling the bolts out from inside the lamp body after removing lens. Also on 2000my TD5 need to add bullet connectors, that's not problem but access is the issue.

Yes I've done my fog and reverse was able to to get at the bolts without removing the plastic panel in the arch. I just gently bent and eased it up out the way then using a socket on extension i was able to get at the bolts.
