didnt think there was a manual for the 200tdi that you could download???

Rave etc all start at the 300

200TDi is covered in the Def 90 110 Wsm Book6 Supplement- 200TDI Engine. Or the paper workshop Disco manual.

If you don't want to part with £12 at your motor accesories shop why not photocopy the pages from a Haynes manual at your local library, shouldn't cost you more than £1.
