When i bought the Range Rover it had a rebuilt gearbox fitted by SY Motors in Birmingham which came with a warranty but for the warranty to hold any meaning the gearbox had to have the oil and filter changed 1000 miles or 1 month after the gearbox was installed.....which the previous owner didnt!!
Im still going to try and get them to uphold there warranty as surely a rebuilt gearbox wouldnt need and oil change so soon?

Electric governor isn't it on later boxes? So no crap to be pulled through mechanical one..???

Electric governor doesn't stop crap being pumped round and knackering the valve block.
Evening everyone,
Just an update on the range rover........ It's fixed I got it transported to the company who done the gearbox and they fixed it under the warranty.
Ill get full report on Monday and find out what has been done.
