So, I have been restoring cars for years. Grew up in my uncles garage and a few years ago bought a 280sl Merc, then a 944, then a 71 VW Camper which I still have, then a 67 Beetle, then a 1967 VW Squareback that I won the biggest VW show in Europe with, then a couple of years living in the states I acquired a 1960 Porsche 356 I still have and a 1971 Porsche 911 I still have.
My wife has always wanted a "knackered land rover" so I just bought her one. It is a 1984 with 30000 original miles and I have some dumb questions:
Are all the nuts and bolts imperial?
Is this what you call a series 3?
Any easy upgrades for the engine electric's/ignition to make it more reliable?
