Me and the missus both know all about this, but I cannot lose weight. We don't eat processed foods at all.
And I have tried "dry January" and never lost a single gram.
Guess I am just going to have to eat only every other day.
It may be in my "genes" but from now on I am going to have to buy size 36 short "jeans".
What a pig. I can remember having to take my jeans IN at the waist, I used to be so slim. Grrrrr!

Morning folks, resembled Bob Fleming from the fast show last night.
Another shawl started so it will give me an excuse to rest up.
Does anyone else have the weird tradition of making sure there is no laundry that is dirty in the house for new years? I didn't empty my washing pile one year and it was the year that was horrific for me.

Chilly this morning but not raining so far.
My "wobble broach" refused to wobble, and I have a horrible feeling that the holder does NOT include the 1° alignment.
I am really not sure what to do now, that's >£100 in and no result so far.
I shall have to trawl YT and the web to find an answer.

Got some shredded in the fridge came with my indian take away last night, I got extra chicken tikka so I had no room left
for the salad.
More rain today now its windy, had power cuts through the night I didnt get up but I could here the security cams shouting at
the internet trying to be pals again.
Wee bit of tidying up to do, misses is making steak pie, im off out to play in the shed n garage. I might even put some stuff back
where it belongs.
