Eye dun't want the fat from the sossij gerrin in me casserole mix. Eye microwave them in a small plastic ready meal fing. Tis surprising what comes oot of them once cooked for 2 mins. It sets hard like lard and turns white.But that is cheating and sort of defeats the object of a slow cooker dough n it.

Worth a trip to some of the air museums to enquire if they want to have a few in their souvenir shops.
I have had an enquiry about my slate items but I couldn't keep up with their demands. It was nice to be asked though!

Should take em out the back n tee off wi them into the neebs gardens.

Boiled then saute in butter with finley chopped Smokey bacon loverlyIF they are properly cooked, they are lovely.
