We were given the number of a dog groomer who comes to your place and does it on the spot provided you have washed the dog first, only €30 a mutt.
Rang her this a.m. she cannot do anything until October!
She gave us the name of a "poodle parlour" in town, they cannot do anything till the end of August.

FLIP!
I'll have to do it meself. Grrr!
We do usually do it ourselves over here but it is such a pain. At that price we couldn't turn it down. Trouble is neither could loads of others, apparently!:rolleyes::rolleyes:

I see that, thanks to Microsoft and CrowdStrike not having tested their update properly, the world has come to a standstill.
How in God's name can the world be so reliant on just one system? Madness!

According to W, at least in the old days, Microsoft were renowned for testing their systems by waiting until customers complained.
Is this now the norm? Seeing as how Boeing seem to be doing similar?
This is why a mate of ours who worked for Marconi on aircraft systems stopped working for them, being continuously asked to sign off on systems that had not been properly tested.
Feel so sorry for peeps being affected by this.
So we deffo ain't going out today!

I would say do all you want to do while your working, cos once you retire (have all the time in the world🤔) you suddenly have no time for your own projects :p

Too true!
Despite having been retired 9 years I have yet to touch any of my 4 car projects. Yet W gets on with her knitting projs, her quilting, her patchwork etc, giving them all away to relations and friends!

Funny that my mate said the same, massive house with pool & the grounds that you could play golf in. He spent all his
time looking after the place than doing anything else. Now he has sold the big hoose moved into a lodge on a caravan
site & gets everything done for him. He doesnt even cut his own grass  Goes fishing/walks on the big beach with his
dog. Sounds great but id need a garage or unit to do stuff. :):)
