Did you get the missus to stretch it, as you used to see footballers do on the pitch? Works like a treat.;)
Used to be doing this a lot when I was at boarding school, we all did so much sport. So when W gets it, I do the same.
When our friends from Cherbourg came to stay the husband got it and I decramped him too. He seemed very surprised at how it worked and that anyone other than a medico would know how!

I never used to get it, but since my Astra-Zenica provoked thrombosis I too get it in my left calf, but not too badly and I can decramp myself pretty quickly.

Better than taking pills for it or whatever. W has to take Quinine tablets as she gets cramp so often. :(

I get it often more in the summer.
Bottom line is the body needs fluid/salt/electrolytes, so its always a sign that I try and take notice of ;) .

Think I fixed my drive axle, woodruf key had slipped and dropped out, managed to get a longer key in so should be ok for now.
Great axle articulation should I ever need it πŸ˜€

Thats a lot of lift what is the suspension on them
First axle is actually fixed because of the chain drive
Trailing axle is and A frame (which is square) which attaches to the axle via a Land rover track rod end in the centre of the axle allowing it to oscillate. The axle is held in position via trailing links either side which locates it and allows for tracking as they are adjustable.
Pinched the axle of my model trailer, it had coil overs for suspension but not needed on the truck so no springs on rear just front axle

Very ingenious and looking like it will work well done 😐😐

Kev, man, I feel sorry for you with all this poop.
Is this the one you are doing up to sell?
You really don't need all this.
I was thinking of buying one of these as they are cheap as chips, or were last time I looked, but this sort of stuff puts me off.
(Still remember that barstaff from Wimborne who flogged you the dodgy one.)

Its for sale once its sorted or I'll burn it lol They seam to have ecu problems. They are great fun to drive though prob
make good track cars, you do need good diagnostics if your messing about with modern stuff which as you can be costly.
Better sticking to old skool stuff its easier to repair at home. :)

Cheers Kev :)

May have to go and take the boot off my spare arm and check the numbers.
I need to do the drop arm again very soon so may have to get me finger out;)

No worries just mind that I didnt order the clips for them as my track rod ends were new so & the clips were all good.
The drop arm boot on mine is really good they tend not to split like the rod ends though. I might just order one for that
also I noticed they do ones for the rear A frame although mines is 4 linked so dont need it. :)
