As long as no one was hurt, it's just a cost of business.
Totally agree it happened when the chunk of steel (probably about a tonne) was already in the skip, I usually have 2 banksman
one was helping elsewhere in the yard & I told the other lad to scape up with the mini digger (2 blown tyres in 2 days) so cant
sustain that, so they were well out the way. That snapping off would have killed someone. The lads are well trained to stay out the
way & we all have 2 way radios to communicate, usually its a whistle to get my attention & I boom down n cut the revs.
No harm done.
