I always like a pint of Adnams when I visit my Mum & Dad. But will try any real ale. Most places will give you a taster if you ask.

But many places are sticking with the "easy" stuff for the trendies .

Sadly this issue of "the easy stuff" is happening in the wine making countries too. Red wine is slowly going out of fashion and being replaced by rosé and white. :(

Hardly drink at all these days, but there was a time when I got the tee-shirt -----

Just lit the fire :).

Used a paper from the box dated 2011o_O.
When I was travelling for work (business class) I would always pick up a paper from the rack in the lounge.
Used them for masking up when spraying walls/ceilings in the house, got loads left, walls and papers:p

No chance, that's a very rare tee-shirt, given to me by the MD of the brewery. They were sponsoring the Thames Sailing barge I used to crew on, on one of their corporate sailing days.
Where did you crew from?
I was on the crewing list in the St Katherine's yacht basin club thing. (Can't remember the proper name) and did a photo study of a Thames barge leaving the basin for an exhibit I had to do for my degree.
For once it was a sunny day. Can't be exact about the time but '76/78 roughly.
Who knows I may have a photo of you. (Long stretch I realise!)

Sailed out of Faversham and Whitstable. Crewed from 1993 to 2016, and then moved back north. Really miss that aspect. Did dozens of the match races, once had the Medway Cup on my mantlepiece. A few channel crossings to Dunkirk, as the barge is one of the Little Ships. Great weekends there. Happy days.
