I then fired off a couple of emails and just got one back from the "owner" which said he is hospitalised and cannot deal with me as he would wish to. and he is getting the money back to me.

Wifey wanted to order some sort of headphones via Frog amazon.
She managed it but then I received a notice saying "Well done you are now on Amazon Prime" etc etc. in Frog.

The balloon went up!

Took ages to find out how to cancel it, did it in the end.

Failed, currently trying to put on the new ball joint in 5mm away from getting it in. Any tips. I'll admit I'm not far off tears atm

Hope you haven't paid cc balance yet as they should chase it as it's their money the company has not yours yet

Watched Flippin Bangers last night and they bought a Y reg Freelander for 250 quid

They auto opt you in by giving you the option thats already selected as yes. If yer miss it yer opted in.

Was wuking in me dining room smornin and fort eye'd open me patio door an inch to get some air and just in case a squirrel came. Lucky as the little one appeared. Eye put one nut oot each time he came close. He would move away then come back. Nervous of me but thats ok. Fink it was the little one. He's padding oot a bit but not as big as the middle one. He were squirrelling the nuts away. Each time eye left the door a bit more open. Spooked 3 times by me naybor clapping hands to clear oft the burds from his garden. He retreated to me garage apex but din't run oft like before. He's just been back so eye dropped a nut from me kitchen window. He gorrit and ran oft. Historically he would sit and eat it ere. That makes me wonder if he's the same small squirrel. When leaving the patio door 90 degree's open he moved away. Looked then run oft. A step too far but we is making progress.

Only ever used them once, to buy a Haynes manual. They opted me in without me noticing, was free for a couple of months but I didn't know I was "in". Then a couple more months went by and when I got me bank statement they had taken a couple of payments for Prime. Cancelled it immediately and closed me Amazon account, they are on me blacklist. Naughty Scamming peeps. :rocket:

Fazackerly, and I spect that is exactly what happened as she did it all in French and was therefore much more likely to have missed it than me. Still, no harm done, opted out now.

Went to the farmer's/producteurs market. Met up with the friends whose husband has had the heart problem, he seems better now although one heart specialist said he had 46% reduced flow through his pump yet on all the scans at the Toulouse hospital, (best in France) they found flip all! Still the follow up etc is very good.

So Monday evening is really convivial, weird but there you go! Nice grub, nice booze, nice company and lots of people watching to do! Beats the poop out of Monday evenings when I was a working stiff. Meetings after school etc.
God seems like a lifetime away!

It would help if we knew which ball joint and maybe had some pics.
If the old one came out the new one will go in.
Is this on a Freelander?
If so maybe post on their part of the forum.
Not trying to be unhelpful here, just don't know anything about them.
