As for welding.... nope it’s been sold
We once stayed at a NEW little farm caravan site, way out in the country and very secluded BUT the farming neighbour was so incensed that planning permission had been given against his wishes that he decided to set off a gas gun every 2 minutes in the field nearest to the campers. Sadly, it all back-fired on him as the local council sprang into sudden action to stop him whilst the caravan site owner gave all the campers an impromptu 'cheese and wine' party to thank everyone for their support of their new diversification venture.
