Got rained on today (again) got a young lad as work got a severe telling off as he jumped on the back of the lorry
as I was driving round the yard & he jumped on the back without me knowing as its a good distance
to walk. I started to reverse & I seen him jump off but I got a fright n slammed on the brakes. (I went mental at him)
not only that I drove passed the yard owners he seen him. I said id warned him & told him if it happened again he'd
be looking for another job.

So today.................

For his sins the boss man took on a job for him which was to clean out a boat poo tank 🤣 🤣
He spent ages cleaning it then came to the tea hut (still with white suit n gloves mask on)
After standing at the door for 5 mins having a chat with the lads he thought he was being funny
teasing us which was funny but then went to put his arms round me :mad::mad: O how he nearly needed
a new face n I told him to f off in a rather angry voice then a lad says that wasnt a laughing f off thats
serious but everyone was laughing n saying Oh no id say sorry wee man 🤣🤣

The saga continues.................after lunch they brought the tank back as it wasnt clean enough 🤣🤣🤣

He was still at it at 5pm when I came off the ship 🤣🤣

Its only a 4ft by 2 tank.

I was thinking the same as it aint going to float :p
I was up in me loft last weekend and re-found loads of family photo albums from way back. I knew I had this photo somewhere - taken on the Isle of Wight, in I think 1988. Might give some clues as to how to float a tratter, and the purpose of the prop on tonights quiz piccy. Eldest dottir had just started skool, and commented "Look, a Wimblowdriver, my teacher's got one of those". Tratters have been known only by that name in this household ever since (and the adoption of my user name).
