Eye does walking but dun't go to gym's. Gorra exercise bike eye is going to put back together. That dun't make me a bicycling **** as it won't leave me castle. It will get me pulse up to 120 and above for cardio exercise which eye dun't fink walking does. Although eye tend to walk fast so it might.You will be talking about six packs in the fit freds soon

Well Frog peeps, some of them , eat horsemeat although the horsehuggers are trying to and may even have succeeded in getting it banned. Un wanted horse meat from New Forest ponies used to go over there I believe.
So can you eat donkey meat? I expect you COULD as you can CAN eat most hanimals.

Is shingles a big problem among us more mature persons?
I had Chicken-Pox as a kid, so is it not likely I have sufficient antibodies to tell Shingles to "Foxtrot-Oscar"?
And indeed in later life as an adult I have been in contact with "little darling virus labs" that have all had the pox.
Probably dodge this vaccination offer and go for a quadruple Covid instead to make sure I get dementia and heart problems.
