i did try a snail stew once. The sauce was lovely, the snails ........... not so much. Too gamey!

What the flip is it?? It looks like a hairy or frosty snail. But cannot believe any snail with a brain would allow itself to be caught out like that.

Brit bikes were still being made with tube brazed into cast lugs into the 1970's. Velocette were one of the last, along with Triumph and BSA, until about 1971. Norton went with welding from the early 50's (I have a welded Norton Featherbed frame from 1956 (or is it 1958, must check the v5c).You would be surprised at how many motorbikes had brazed frames, I believe Reynolds 531 was always brazed
