I treated myself to some decent ratchets. I have the ones that came in the Halfords Advanced kit, which are pretty good, but I wanted a flex head. Much Googling later, best bang for the buck seemed to be Gearwrench. So I splashed out and got a 1/2, 3/8, 1/4 and 3/8 stubby for 130 squid.

From a very, very young age I have always wanted a 'proper' train set but was told that I couldn't have one 'cos that was a 'boys' toy. How times have changed.
And I still would like one!!!!!! No comment please.
Still got most of the track, engine, and a couple of trucks from the Hornby Dublo I got for xmas in (I think) 1959. The transformer went awol when I loaned it out about 50 years ago.
