Is that not the T5 which the plod used to use. Had a blast with one of them on the motorway in my mk1 escort rs2000
Going towards Strathclyde park onto the M74 round the big sweeping bend which I was clearly on it & then I spotted
the cops on as I was pulling out Oh NOooooo
they pulled along side & the passenger laughed and they started tospeed up so did, then they planted it....stuff it I sank my right foot & shot away about 1 1/2 car lengths then backed off.

Learning to drive and getting used to clutch control I wheelspan way from coppers at the lights, I went white and was visibly shaken, got laughed at and waved at as they went past. Think I was in tears at that point.

The Berlingo's got it's inspection this month I borrowed it while I worked on my van bloody horrible driver steering jerks on cornering...mate says it will pass OK...what about airbag light on constantly I asked it's only showing yellow and not turned red yet he said it will pass!!..

I'm off to look after my dad today. He has dementia so probably won't know who I am. It is a distressing disease that affects the whole family. I am taking an RC car I have made myself to amuse him, he was an engineer so hopefully it will get through to him.

The Osteopath really went to town on my back this week, today is DOMS-day (it's pretty sore).
She had me gasping as she was treating me and I jokingly said "Wow! is that your elbow you are using on my back?"
YES she replied. The areas she was "un-knotting" were really painful. According to her I am "twisted" (I think she has been talking to my wife ). My left shoulder is UP and my right shoulder is forwards and this may be why upper back is all locked up.
Just call me Quasimodo.
I now have exercises to do and a little diary tick-sheet to complete.
