Had a lovely day today.
Discussed next project with mate Dave, lookin like a 109 or a 110 model Landy.
Put proper chain adjuster on little truck, wired horn up and volt meter.
Not sure on whether to attach the spare wire off the Briggs engine to the battery see if it'll charge, any one know ?
Also tried lights again and lifted trailing axle
The truck is looking good πŸ‘

It'd be hard to prove that any pic of any opened package was taken as it arrived. You'd need to photograph the delivery guy handing it over like that.
But not disagreeing with you.

Yer he's asking what we can do about it, been texting me all day. I dont think I should be doing anything ive done my part & posted it back. Im due a refund today then I can ask ebay to step in which I will be doing at 12.00.01 πŸ‘
If I got a parcel like that id be taking pics of the driver/parcel & be straight on the phone to the courier.

Thats the one Royal mail took back.
Then it is up to Royal Mail to find out which of their posities delivered it to 'him' and see if he can recall the state of the parcel upon delivery. Your claim should be against Royal Mail.. In my experience, when RM delivery a mutilated item they make a note of it at the sorting ofice and offer to investigate a claim.
