Afternoon folks :)

Been lovely here 🫠.

Just made a "Jon flat pack kitchen" for friend over the road, Well it was only a 8x4ft board cut in half a few wall batons and 2 legs;). Chucked it all including tools in the trailer and delivered with the quad, and fitted.
Just back and had a shower, now feel human(ish) again:). But now she has 14ft of worktop to work with and it helps visualize what she finally needs/wants. Just got to plck up the courage to go put the sockets in next:vb-groan2:

Going to the shop in a mo as there seems to be an extreme lack of rewards for the worker:vb-drink:.

Then I may fall in the pool for a bit of a 🏊‍♂️

Been thinking its ages since we went out to eat🤔 well a few days anyway so I can see that happening soon as we get fed up with deciding what to eat;).
Friend dropped round 2 dozen fresh eggs, why she has so many chickens to just give away the eggs I don't know, She's:vb-confused2: Dutch. Used them for some scrambled eggs on toast they are really yellow yolks and were lovely:).

Hope everybody's day is going fine.

Must be my memory, I thought you kept hens?
We are down to three and they do always make a surplus. But if we had two and only one turned out to be a layer, we would run short. :(:(

5L rule has been around for decades. One of the reasons is someone storing more than what a petrol can can hold, is likely to use any old container like pop bottles that ain't safe to carry fool as they may melt.
I think I have already related on 'ere the story of the kit car builder who managed to burn down his garage and contents , including the car he was building. He was lucky not to lose hi house.
He had put the petrol from his fuel tank in buckets.
1st mistake
He then proceeded to vacuum out his fool tank.
2nd mistake.

His home made jet engine flew off into his buckets.

the rest is history!

Today's lifting was:
75Kg x 5 x 3
77.5Kg x 5 x 1 :) (That'll do Donkey).

In other "news".... Boy has had a call with a mediator re: the need to sort out his dead marriage & the kids.
Upshot: Mediator is sufficiently concerned about the Mother to say Mediation will not work and Social Services ought to be involved because of "safeguarding" issues. She has recommended that he stop trying to mediate and just go for broke and sue for divorce & full custody. This is going to cost me....I can see it coming.

I knew you wasn't a Scotty, but I fort maybe you knew anyway as you is so knowlegedable., failing that maybe a scotty could tell us!
Was it about the tablet?

Tablet is a medium-hard, sugary confection from Scotland. Tablet is usually made from sugar, condensed milk, and butter, which is boiled to a soft-ball stage and allowed to crystallise. It is often flavoured with vanilla or whisky, and sometimes has nut pieces in it. Tablet differs from fudge in that it has a brittle, grainy texture, where fudge is much softer. Well-made tablet is a medium-hard confection, not as soft as fudge, but not as hard as hard candy.

Only liking this cos its the roolz.:(
I think we hoped this would happen in one way i.e. the custody etc, but sickmaking if it has to cost him/you dosh cos she can't be trusted with the kidz.
Maybe he could just get a solicitor to help him word the "DIY" divorce papers rather than go for a full blown court proceedings.
Thort all divorces were "no fault" nowadays?:stars:

You are right re my back, maybe re her ankle cept it is on the leg that don't move well with the paralysed foot, but yes, taking a lot of the weight off her legs would help her exercise it.
I am going to clean it tomoz and see how warm it is. She won't get in it unless it is at about 25 odd.
