anyway, I put a link to said bog cistern to a mate and he made me realise what i had only subliminally seen which is that said cistern is PLASTIC so they can stuff that where the sun don't shine.

I had a contretemps with a motorbikist last year, he seemed to think he had right of way on a section of road with the chicanes in it. He nearly fell off, turned round and pursued me, hooting his pathetic little beeper horn and reving the nuts off it. Eventually went off, but he was not happy.
Got home and checked with the dash cam.
Oops, he was right. I should have given way.
Trouble is Frogland is now so full of 30 kph limits, speedbumps and chicane type things that this is all too easy to make a mistake over. Plus they have reinstated the infernal "Priorité a droite" thing that we all thought would never come back.
W has made so many official complaints about her tax that she is now treated as a special case with a dedicated senior tax office employee, who is as defferential as heck.

Spent all day doing the domestics W normally does when she isn't sufferin with her gut, and trying to order stuff off tinternet. Still had a nice fire going.
Rained all day.

Yer but youd at least have a buyer/seller convo to get a plan & make a deal, he had my number & I told him to call
me wasnt interested.
